Event videography Devon
Multi-camera filming, live streaming and same-day social content across Devon and the South West. Keep the standing ovation, the sharpest exchange and the atmosphere in the room.
Coverage built around your running order
The right angles matter. So does knowing when to stay quiet and let the room speak.
Conference filming South Hams
We cover the keynote, audience response and useful conversations in the corridor. You receive a polished event film, speaker clips and social-ready cutdowns.
Same-day event edits
Our mobile edit suite turns fresh footage into a 60-second reel while your programme is still moving. A charity ball used a sequence of guest interviews and dance-floor moments in its Instagram Stories, helping bring a clear lift in donations before the closing speech.
We plan the edit before doors open. That keeps the turnaround focused and the message consistent.
Live streaming Devon
We build the stream around your audience and your privacy needs. Bonded cellular connections, multi-camera switching and custom overlays keep remote viewers with the programme when venue Wi-Fi is under pressure.
The people behind the running order
Good event coverage is felt in the calm moments too. These organisers valued clear planning and a crew that stayed alert.
"The crew understood the pace of our festival and caught the moments our audience talked about afterwards."Kumba Trezise, Festival Director
Why did we choose Dartmoor Shots? Because the plan was precise, the theatre crew worked discreetly, and the final film gave our season a strong new calling card.Nyi Maharjan, Theatre Manager
"We had a 200-delegate technology conference in Exeter with zero downtime. The same-day Instagram reel reached 20,000 viewers before the closing speeches ended."Asha Nwokike, Corporate Event Planner
Before you book
Clear answers make production days easier. Start here, then tell us what your venue needs.
Yes. We can supply wireless lapel and handheld microphones, with a sound check built into the pre-event plan. Your venue's existing audio feed can also be connected where suitable.
We assess the location ahead of time and can use bonded cellular connections where coverage allows. We also plan a local recording, so the event is still captured if the public signal changes.
A short social cut can be prepared during the event when agreed in advance. A full highlight film is usually scheduled within the production plan, with timing set around your campaign or internal deadline.
Our crew works with low-light cameras and controlled exposure for theatres, gala dinners and evening outdoor events. We protect the atmosphere instead of flattening it with harsh light.
Yes. We are a UK-based production service and can provide the relevant insurance details during planning for your venue or organisation.
